Health AND safety is my number one priority. I have been continually monitoring the situation and the CDC guidelines, and I will continue to be flexible and follow industry best practices.
If we have to reschedule your session due to Covid-19, your initial deposit will carry over to a rescheduled date of your choice. If you are unable to make the rescheduled date, the deposit will be forfeited.
I am working hard to be as flexible and helpful during this time. If the date changes within the same calendar year, your deposit will transfer and there will be a rescheduling fee. If you move the wedding to a new calendar year, a new retainer will need to be made to hold that date if you choose. If you need to reschedule I ask that you reach out as soon as possible to discuss availability! However, if you choose to cancel your event, the cancellation policy still applies. Your retainer fee is non-refundable, but you will be relieved of further payments, and I will send a cancellation agreement. Full details are in the contract.
