HOW DOES THE WEDDING PROCESS WORK?
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?
I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book a session. The remainder of the payment is due one week before your wedding or on the day of the session for everything else. Please review the rescheduling + cancellation policy on my calendar when you book.
Once you've filled out the form we will set up an initial meeting so we can chat and get to know each other a little bit (if we don’t already). We will go over some details of you big day + any questions you have for me! From there if you think I’m a good fit I will send over a contract and an invoice for the retainer. Once the contract is signed and the payment is made you’re set! I will be here to help every step of the way. We will meet again about a month before your wedding to go over a timeline of how the day will look, finer details, and anything else you need me to know beforehand.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED? DO YOU TRAVEL FOR WEDDINGS? HOW DOES THAT WORK?
I live in Minneapolis, MN and I’m always down to travel! My destination wedding package includes all travel fees. I handle all of the booking to save you the headache! I typically fly in the night before and leave the day after unless otherwise planned.
For all other sessions, I have you cover the bare minimum (flight, stay, transportation). We will discuss budget and I will get your approval before booking anything.
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
For weddings I will edit a handful of my favorites and send those over the next day so you can immediately relive the day over! The full gallery takes up to 6 weeks. Portraits + couples session will be sent within one week. Commercial sessions vary by project.
HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU INCLUDE FOR A WEDDING?
DO YOU ALWAYS HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER FOR WEDDINGS?
The number of photos varies by wedding type, size, length, etc. You will get a minimum of 350 fully edited photos but I promise I will leave nothing out! The day goes by so fast and I do my best to capture all of the little in between moments you might not even remember happening.
A second shooter add-on is available starting at $300. We will discuss the best option for your day during our initial meeting.

I've got you! I have a what to wear guide for both couples & portraits that I send upon booking! Feel free to shoot me pictures of your ideas and I can help you decide.
Nope. Editing is where the magic happens! If you need something retouched or you feel like it doesn’t look right please let me know.
CAN YOU PHOTOSHOP ME?
HOW DOES CANCELLATION + RESCHEDULING WORK?
Deposits are non-refundable. If the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather (freezing cold, rain, storming) that is not an issue. Windy? Snowing? Amazing. Some of my favorite photos have been taken on windy & snowy days. There is a $50 fee to reschedule if you give me more than a weeks notice. If you need to cancel within a week, the deposit if forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made to book again. Wedding rescheduling + cancellation is addressed in the contract.
I’m all about self love and I only edit temporary things (scratches, blemishes, flyaways, etc.) unless you’d like me to keep it in the photos. If there is something you’re self conscious about please let me know and we can work with it, but I know you look amazing no matter what.
do you have a studio? IS STUDIO RENTAL INCLUDED?
DO YOU OFFER ANY DISCOUNTS?
Unfortunately, I do not have a studio yet. Studio rental is not included with the session but I have a list of gorgeous recommendations to ensure we have the right spot for your vision! I am happy to help book, but the client will be responsible for all studio fees.
I do not offer discounts. That being said, I am more than happy to discuss your budget and do my best to put together a package that works for you. Please shoot me an email and we can chat!
