Super 8mm: the vintage film format that was popular in the 60s/70s. Designed by Eastman Kodak and originally used to capture your grandparent's home videos, the gritty and messy portrayal of life became the perfect medium for capturing romance. My Super 8 videos are unique and authentic, tailored specifically to each couples story.

No. This is film format coverage only. Both packages include photos & a video. This is perfect for couples who aren't into a digital wedding video filled with forced & posed moments, but rather want an authentic film to re-live your favorite day over & over again. It's a beautifully nostalgic way to capture your day in addition to your main photographer. Please be sure to check with your photographer & videographer before booking this package to make sure it doesn't conflict with their contracts.
DOES THIS PACKAGE INCLUDE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY?
Film is a risky medium but it is so worth the reward. I will be shooting multiple rolls of both photo & video to ensure your favorite moments are captured. In the rare chance that a roll doesn't work or cannot be processed, you will receive a refund based on the amount that was lost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE FILM DOESN'T WORK?
The Super 8 video does not include sound, so I give you the option to put a licensed soundtrack over your video, or send it silent so that you can play your favorite song, your first dance song, the song you walked down the aisle to, etc. while you watch. Unfortunately, most of your favorite music cannot legally be used without insane commercial licensing fees.
DOES SUPER 8 FILM HAVE SOUND?
HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THAN A DIGITAL WEDDING FILM?
A digital wedding film typically includes multiple cameras, drone shots, taking time out of your day to create scenes for a film that is crystal clear and sharp. Super 8 is more about capturing the feeling of the day. Nothing posed or staged. It's an authentic documentation of your day similar to what you may have seen from your parents or grandparents, making this a beautiful keepsake to pass down to generations. Nothing trendy you're going to cringe at in five years.
DO YOU TRAVEL FOR THIS?
Absolutely! I have a flat travel fee based on location (domestic/international) that will be added to the package. This fee covers my flight, transportation, and lodging. You can check out my bucket list locations here.
